Creating a Commercial
--Total length of commercial should be 45 seconds to 1 minute and include a logo and slogan.
-- You must create storyboards before starting to work in Movie Maker.
--You must create your own product. This does not mean inventing something new. You can advertise a glass-cleaning product for example, but it can’t be called Windex.
-- You must employ at least 2-3 different advertising techniques.
--At least 5 transitions
--At least 5 effects
--Music and/or narration
-- Students will give a presentation to the class:
Explain the advertising techniques used and why they were used. Who is your target audience?
How you came up with the product.
How you came up with the slogan and why?
How you came up with the logo and why?
You will also evaluate and assess your partners and other groups’ commercials.
